This West Beach homeowner came to us with a roof that was leaking in several places and an urgent need for help. Before we could install the new roofing, there was substantial carpentry work to address. Getting the deck back into sound condition was the first priority.

We completed the carpentry and deck repairs, then installed fan-fold insulation, a new gray PVC membrane with hot-air-welded seams, and new PVC-clad metal flashing. Each stage built on the work below it, from the repaired deck to the finished edges.

We’re proud of the way this roof turned out, especially knowing how much this homeowner needed the work done. The clean gray finish is what you see in the photographs. The care that went into the repairs underneath is just as much a part of this project.
