WIND PROOF ROOFING / UNDERSTANDING WORKMANSHIP COVERAGE

Understanding workmanship coverage

A clear proposal should explain who stands behind which part of the work. Wind Proof workmanship coverage and manufacturer product warranties are separate.

Workmanship and product coverage address different things

Workmanship coverage concerns installation work within the written agreement. Manufacturer warranties address specified product or system issues under the manufacturer’s own terms. An enhanced manufacturer warranty may have additional eligibility requirements.

A manufacturer badge does not make every project eligible for every warranty. See the specific GAF coverage explanation or Malarkey coverage explanation for the systems offered.

Review the written terms before signing

Ask which workmanship terms apply to the specific project, when coverage begins, what is included, how a concern is reported and what limitations or maintenance responsibilities apply. Repairs and complete replacements may have different written terms.

The applicable agreement controls coverage. This page does not replace that document or promise a warranty duration. Contact Wind Proof for the workmanship terms attached to your proposal.

Report a concern with useful details

Call (360) 840-5554 or email nwwindproof@gmail.com with your property location, the work completed and what you have noticed. Photographs and the date of the work can help us review the concern and discuss the next step.
