A roof replacement became a drainage upgrade.
Added slope · Lowered fascia · New gutters
This Oak Harbor roof had no slope and relied on roof drains. Water was ponding on the surface, and the homeowner wanted the drainage problem addressed. The replacement options he had received kept the existing layout.
During the inspection, Bruno cleared the blocked drains. A large volume of trapped water rushed out of the downspouts. That made the next step clear: plan how water would leave the roof.
We built up the insulation in half-inch increments toward the center, creating slope toward the perimeter. We also cut down and lowered the fascia, installed gutters, and completed the new membrane. Those changes gave the roof a planned drainage path to the edges and into the gutters.
The project became a complete drainage upgrade. The homeowner was happy with the result, and Bruno continues to check in about the gutters and how the system is performing.
