White PVC roof replacement · Anacortes, WA
White PVC · New decking · Fan-fold insulation · New gutters
The homeowner called us because the existing TPO roof was leaking. With no insulation or roof decking beneath the membrane, this Anacortes project called for preparation below the finished surface.
We installed new roof decking, added fan-fold insulation, and installed a white PVC membrane. The scope also included new gutters, so the homeowner could address the roof and gutters in one project.
We’re proud of how this roof turned out—and of the work that went into it. These photos let you follow the preparation, layer by layer, before seeing the finished white surface. It’s a project that reflects the Wind Proof standard: make the scope clear, give the details the attention they deserve, and follow through on the work.
