The project
Malarkey Vista AR · Midnight Black
A recent storm blew shingles off this home in the Rockridge neighborhood of Anacortes, Washington. The homeowner called Wind Proof Roofing, and our inspection found granule loss and exposed shingle fibers. With the aging roof ready for replacement, we put together a plan for the work.
Before the end of the week, we had upgraded the roof with Malarkey Vista AR shingles in Midnight Black, replaced the gutters, upgraded the skylight, and installed brand-new gutter guards.
More than a new roof
The project brought the roofing, gutters, skylight, and gutter guards together in one coordinated upgrade. The finished photographs show the home from several angles, including the roof planes, skylight, and backyard elevation.
